Job Responsibilities
  • Determining appropriate speech therapy treatment plans through documented evaluations and consultations.                 
  • Provide training on use of necessary speech therapy equipment as deemed appropriate.      
  • Carefully transcribing all services provided by speech therapist in an effective and clear manner.
  • Striving for professional development and timely completion of duties.
  • Consistently providing only the highest quality of speech therapy service.
  • Maintaining an in depth knowledge of all State regulations pertaining to the services provided.

Stephanie Idland

Stephanie has been in Human Resources/Staffing since 2008. The majority of her experience has been in the healthcare arena. She began working with Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services in 2012 on the Human Resources team and was excited to later re-join the team as a Senior Staffing Consultant for Metro Atlanta SLPs in 2017. When she is not assisting Speech Language Pathologists with finding their best career fit, she plays the role of a wife, mother, and caregiver. Stephanie has a feisty toddler and a stroke survivor mother who both keep her on her toes. Due to her firsthand experience with the importance of speech therapy, Stephanie has a huge appreciation for the profession and loves that in a small way she can help children have a voice for the rest of their lives.
